These terms concern takeaway orders placed with Ayako teppanyaki.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Ayako teppanyaki reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed through the takeaway service linked from this website; payment is made on site when collecting the order. Accepted methods: cash, bank card, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and holiday vouchers (chèques-vacances).
4. Order collection
Collection details are shown when placing a takeaway order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
7. Complaints & mediation
In the event of a dispute, first contact us on 01 46 38 43 21. Under Article L.611-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator to seek an amicable resolution.
